In order to join, you must be an employee of a participating agency or sponsored by a participating agency. (Click HERE to see a list of participating agencies.)

You must agree to protect the integrity of the database and follow the guidelines below:

  • Agree to not to release personal information of clients, volunteers, or members to anyone who is not a member and for any reason other than providing Health and Human Services to people in our community.
  • Agree to support all policies, including the Privacy Policy, Nondiscrimination Policy, and Volunteer/Donor Anonymity Policy. Click HERE to see our policies.
  • Enter only accurate and current information in the database.
  • Notify the database administrator of problems encountered using the web site, or call us at (706) 278-9230 to report problems.
  • Agree not to develop and/or sell for profit resource materials developed from information in the database.

It's free and you will be able to take advantage of the following features:

  • Find volunteers/donors who want to help your agency and clients you serve,
  • Determine if your clients are getting assistance elsewhere in the community,
  • Refer clients whom you can't help to other agencies/programs who can,
  • Generate reports about your clients served and services provided,
  • And much more!

Once you have completed the forms, United Way personnel will review your submission and approve the listing. Your listing will usually be approved within 2 business days.

United Way reserves the right to remove any member for any reason.
